Ping Clock is offered by StyleLine FZE, SRTIP Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Using it means agreeing to what follows.

The deal

You send us pings; we alert you when expected pings stop. That's the service. It depends on your jobs, your network, our endpoint and the alert channels you choose, any of which can fail. Ping Clock reduces the chance a broken job goes unnoticed. It does not remove it.

Don't

  • Hammer the ping endpoint far beyond your schedule
  • Put secrets, passwords or personal data in ping bodies or log tails
  • Use alert webhooks to spam third parties
  • Share accounts to dodge plan limits

Money

Monthly or yearly subscriptions in USD, charged in advance by Stripe, auto-renewing. Cancel any time; you keep the paid plan until the period is up, then you're on Free. No pro-rata refunds, except where a law requires one. Price increases get 30 days' warning by email.

Liability

As-is, as available. To the extent the law permits: no liability for lost data, failed backups, downtime or indirect loss, and a ceiling on total liability equal to 12 months of fees you've paid us.

Law

Sharjah and UAE federal law. Courts of Sharjah, unless your local law overrides that.
