Account data

Name, email, sign-in provider, team members, alert destinations and billing records (cards stay with Stripe).

Ping data

For each ping: time, source IP address, user agent, HTTP method, and on Pro and Business the request body you choose to send, capped in size. Email-in pings store the sender, subject and a capped part of the body. This is what lets you see when and from where a job checked in.

Keep secrets out of ping bodies. Treat log tails as visible to everyone on your team.

Retention

Ping history follows your plan: 30 days on Starter and Pro, 1 year on Business. Older events are deleted automatically. Account data goes within 30 days of closure, invoices excepted.

Processors

Hosting, email delivery and Stripe. Nobody else, and nothing is sold.
